Information processed and purposes
Your name, company, email address, phone number and request details submitted through contact and support forms are used to answer questions, assess product or service requests, prepare quotations and contact you. The fields requested may vary according to the form's purpose.
Please do not send identity documents, payment card information or special categories of personal data unless necessary for your request.
Technical information generated when accessing the site, such as IP address, access time, browser and device details and the requested page, may be processed to provide connectivity, maintain security, identify faults and prevent abuse.
Collection methods and legal grounds
Information is collected electronically through web forms, requests sent by email or telephone, and technical records generated during visits to the site.
Depending on the activity, the applicable legal basis is one of the conditions in Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698: entering into or performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, exercising or protecting a right, or legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights. Where explicit consent is required, the activity must rely on that consent separately.
Submitting an information or support request does not, by itself, grant permission for all advertising and marketing communications.
Service providers and external links
When responding to requests and operating the site, data may be processed by authorised team members and hosting, business email and IT service providers within the scope of their duties. It may also be shared with competent public authorities and courts when legally required.
Following a link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Amazon or another external service takes you to that provider's environment. Review its own privacy and cookie notices for activities on that service. Embedded external content may allow a provider to receive connection and interaction information.
Using email, statistics or communication providers operating abroad may result in data being processed outside Türkiye. The requirements of Article 9 of the Law also apply to these transfers. Visiting this page does not constitute unlimited explicit consent to international data transfers.
Retention and security
Retention periods are determined by the request's purpose, any ongoing service relationship, applicable legal obligations and the time needed to protect rights. Once the processing purpose ends, data that does not have to be retained by law should be deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
The website uses HTTPS. Administrator access requires sign-in. Forms use validation to limit unauthorised or automated submissions.
Your personal data rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may ask whether your data is processed, learn the purposes, whether data is used consistently with those purposes and who receives it. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate information, deletion or destruction where the conditions apply, and notification of these actions to relevant recipients.
You may object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and request compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing. Consent for consent-based processing may be withdrawn for the future.
Requests and updates
Send personal data requests in writing to the company address above or through legally permitted electronic methods. If you use an email address previously provided to the company and registered in our systems, you may also contact info@telematek.com.tr with your request. Include the information needed to understand the request and verify your identity.
Requests must be answered as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest. Where the process incurs additional costs, the charging rules in applicable legislation may apply.
